In 1998, Sally LaBate founded Alpha Property Management on the belief that Sacramento property owners deserve better service, clearer communication, and fair pricing.

While many managers charged 8 to 10% of the monthly rent, Sally introduced a flat monthly management fee, with every other charge spelled out up front. The model was built on a simple principle: if we do our job well, owners stay.

Sally began her career as an on-site manager, worked in every role in the business, and earned her real estate broker's license. Over more than 25 years in Sacramento property management, she has managed residential properties, commercial properties, and HOAs, and that experience shapes every system, hire, and standard at Alpha.

More than 25 years later, that same commitment drives everything we do. We manage rental properties across the Sacramento region, and owners can still reach the people managing their property when they call. Under our full-service management contract, every tenant we place is required to carry $100,000 in tenant liability insurance, and each placement comes with our 1-year tenant guarantee.
