Rent Payments and Rental Applications

Rent payments and owner statements are handled through our tenant and owner portals, provided by Rent Manager. Rental applications are submitted through QuickLease Pro. When you use those services, you provide your information directly to those companies, and their privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

Third Party Websites and Services

This privacy policy does not apply to third party websites or services, including any website our Website links to. We are not responsible for any third party's collection, use, or disclosure of your information, or their privacy and security practices. A link on our Website does not mean we endorse the linked site.

Our Website uses third party services, such as Google Fonts and Google Maps, to display content. These services may collect information, such as your IP address, and set cookies so they work properly. That information is subject to the provider's privacy policy, such as Google's Privacy Policy.

Tracking Technologies

We, or a third party working for us, may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or scripts to see how visitors use our Website, such as how many people visit specific pages. We use this information to understand how our Website is used and to improve it. Please note that we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
