Tenant application fee: $51 per applicant, paid by the applicant. Covers credit check, criminal background, eviction records, rental history, and income verification.
Eviction support: included at no separate fee for a tenant Alpha placed. For a tenant Alpha did not place, a $175 court and processing fee applies. In both cases the owner pays the actual court and legal costs. Alpha handles the paperwork, coordinates with the attorney, appears in court if needed, and handles the lockout.
