Tenant application fee: $51 per applicant, paid by the applicant. Covers credit check, criminal background, eviction records, rental history, and income verification.

Tenant Placement & Screening, Included

Most property managers in Sacramento charge 50-100% of the first month's rent just to place a tenant.
