Leasing-only is a one-time tenant placement service. We market the property, conduct showings, screen applicants, and prepare the lease for a qualified tenant. Once the tenant moves in, you retain responsibility for ongoing property management.
It suits owners who are comfortable handling rent collection, maintenance, and renewals themselves. If you would prefer that Alpha manage the property after move-in, our full-service property management starts at $99 per month for a single-family home.

Property Showings
We respond to inquiries and coordinate and conduct showings for interested applicants, including evenings and weekends.
Thorough Tenant Screening
We verify credit history, income and employment, rental history and references, and background information for every adult applicant. See our rental application requirements before applying.
Lease Preparation
A residential lease prepared for your property, ready for signing.
Move-In Inspection
A detailed written move-in condition report, supported by digital photographs, for your records at move-out.
Deposit & First Rent
We collect the security deposit and first month's rent, then hand the tenant and the documentation over to you.
